You all must have seen an interview of Surya Kumar Yadav and Rahul Dravid, the coach of the T20 India team. When Surya Kumar Yadav took that catch in the T20 final, Rahul Dravid was asked if he thought Surya Kumar Yadav could catch it. Rahul Dravid laughed and said that Surya Kumar Yadav had caught such catches more than 150 times between the start of the tournament and the final, and it was all a result of his practice. This helped him easily catch that ball in such a big event and contribute to India winning the tournament.

The point here is not about the catch or the tournament. It's about how we become very confident after solving a question once, whether it's easy or tough, and then we don't want to practice it again. I tell students that instead of making more new questions new books, it's better to solve the available questions 5-10 times, bring perfection to them, and correct the concepts.

Because remember, in big events like your exam, only what you have practiced will help, and the coach knew this. He had seen Surya Kumar Yadav take that catch many times, which is why you should never run away from practice. The best way to prepare is to practice well because good practice will show its results in the final exam. And everyone has the same amount of hours to practice, so don't create such a slow pace. Maintain your energy from the very beginning.

I remember the New Year of 2018 when people were celebrating, and I was feeling sad. The reason for my sadness was that I started thinking that 2017 was great, and I might not be as lucky in 2018. Being the ICAI quiz winner, securing the top position in 12th grade, and clearing CPT in one shot were miracles for me in 2017. I used to attribute it more to luck than my hard work. However, I realized that luck is just a byproduct of hard work. If you work hard, the entire year will be the best for you. I made hard work my main weapon, and I believe that one's dedication matters. Your hard work reflects how determined you are for something. Every year can be the best if you consistently make an effort. Sometimes, life may have guilt and regret when looking back, but focusing on the present and future brings numerous opportunities. It depends on who works hard to grab them and who lets them slip away. Let this year be the best for everyone in the CA/CS/CMA or any field .
