Our channel was created initially to capture our walks in support of Dementia UK, and the 100km Dog Walking Challenge to support this wonderful charity. We have been exploring some of our favourite destinations across Cheshire and the Peak District to meet this challenge after the illness recently touched a member of our family, as I am sure it has many of you.
We would like to extend this to capture future walks, while providing a window to some wonderful outdoor places. We hope to expand this further with videos on all things outdoors, incorporating anything related to positive mental health and the emotional support that can be provided by your 4-legged friend.
I know from personal experience what a constant challenge it can be managing your mental health, and how hard it can sometimes be to have the motivation just to get up and face each day. Having an excuse to get outdoors with Bella and be mindful helps to overcome this, and we hope our videos may inspire and motivate you.
