While watching YT, I saw an Old Spice ad, where it was an astronaut in space who said, "Everyone wants to be an astronaut. But what does an astronaut want to be".

I don't want to be an astronaut. I want to be a space explorer. I don't want to get in a rocket where I am sitting on a controlled explosive. I want to fly a spaceship. Riding rockets to space is a courage I don't have. Riding around on the starship Enterprise is something I would love to do. If ET landed and he wanted to take me for a ride in his flying orb, I'm down for it. That is assuming his finger only glows and does not probe.

I did curls yesterday and my arms are absolutely toasted today. 28.8 pounds is not that much for a dumbbell curl. That is until you do 175 curls.
When I am fresh 15 rep sets give me about 3 reps left in the tank.
So I do -
4 sets of 15 because after 4 sets I can no longer do 15 rep sets
Then
4 sets of 10
Then
rapid sets of 5 reps going from one arm to the other without stopping until I can no longer do 5 reps. That came out to 175 reps total.

8 months ago 23.8 pounds could not even be done 4 sets of 15. I also struggled to curl 33.8 pounds. Now it's easy. Now if I do 48.8 pounds for reps I can do 8 with my right and 6 with my left.

I wish I made better choices when I was younger instead of staying up all night drinking. We all have to live with the bad choices of our past. But that doesn't mean we have to live perpetually with the consequences. We can make changes and get healthier, even at my old age.

Yet another assassination attempt. This has to stop.

1st - June 18th 2016 At a Trump Presidential campaign rally in Enterprise Nevada. Michael Steven Sandford 20 year old British Citizen attempted to steal a cop's gun from his holster and then use it against Trump. His stated purpose was to prevent Trump from becoming President. He was convicted of disorderly conduct and unlawful possession of a firearm and was sentenced to 12 months and 1 day. He was released and deported 11 months into his sentence. He was a mere 30 feet from the stage Trump was speaking from.

2nd - July 13th 2024 At a presidential campaign rally in Meridian, Pennsylvania just outside of Butler. Thomas Matthew Crookes 20 years old attempted to assassinate Trump while speaking on stage from a rooftop of a nearby building. He shot Trump's ear and killed one person in the crowd and critically injured two others before he was neutralized by a secret service sniper.

3rd - September 15th 2024 at the Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach Florida. Ryan Wesley Routh 58 years old, created a snipper's nest in a wooded area around the golf course. He placed his rifle through a fence and prepared to shoot at Trump from approximately 350 meters distance. Secret service saw the barrel of the rifle and opened fire. Routh fled the scene and was later captured on the interstate. He was charged with attempting to assassinate the president and attempted felony murder. He was sentenced to life without the possibility of parole.

4th - April 25th 2026 at the Washington Hilton Hotel in Washington DC while Trump attended the 2026 White House Correspondents' Dinner. Cole Tomas Allen 31 years old attempted to run & shoot past security with intent to enter the room where the correspondents' dinner was taking place so that he could take out as many of the Trump administration as he could, with the priority being top to bottom. He was charged with four criminal counts including attempted assassination. He has not be tried or sentenced and faces life in prison. He was also a school teacher in charge of teaching children.

5th - May 23rd 2026 at the White House Washington DC, while Trump was inside. Nasire Best 21 years old opened fire on the White House and secret service agents. He was quickly neutralized and soon after died at the hospital.

One of the outdoor stray cats that we have been taking care of for 15 years is in the process of dying. Two days ago she was walking slow and last night she went into a cat house(pet igloo) on our porch and stayed in there all night. She couldn't get up. She was aware of us this morning. We took her into the house and kept her comfortable. She's no longer aware of us. Her pupils are no longer reactive to light. Her heart is still beating and her breaths are shallow. We will keep her comfortable until her heart stops.

We believe she was born in 2009 or 10. She was already an adult when she showed up in 2010. She had her first litter of kitten here. We waited until they were old enough to be adopted out. She was soon after spayed. She waited by the garage for almost a week waiting for her kittens to return. We had no way of communicating to her that they were placed with families.

She was a good cat that despite trying a few times, she would not accept being an indoor cat.

BTW, in the below video, she's the quick on that caught the bird. She was a skilled bird catcher. #Pets #Cats
