{At the end of the holy month kartika. The last five days are celebrated as Panchuka,in which we odia people observe fasting and offer prayers to lord Shiva, kartika, vishnu and other too. The last day is celebrated as "Kartika purnima🛶✨"
Kartika Purnima is a sacred and auspicious full moon day celebrated in Odisha. On this day, people also float small boats made of banana stem or paper to remember the ancient sailors of Odisha who once sailed to Bali, Thailand. From that day, Bali jatra, (Asia's largest trade fair)starts at Cuttack and goes on for 8 days . ( I mention these as many people are unaware of these glorious celebrations )}
