It truly takes months and great nutrition to lose pounds and pounds of belly fat. But you have to do it.
This year, I’m going to truly take my nutrition seriously. I’m ready to change how I eat drastically but progressively.
The goal is to be a great eater by December 2026.
I will be starting a “NO CARB” challenge.
You can pick from
No carb for
1 day a week
2 day a week
3 day a week
4 day a week
Then you commit and repeat every week for a month!
Nothing aggressive!
I’m going to create a few recipes so that you guys can have great inspo for your food and your macros.
We need to become better eaters!
You can’t work so hard in the gym and eat like crap.
Let me know if you’re interested.
In the meantime, get a food scale.
