What says weekend vibes better than a nice warm spread of hearty homemade Khao Suey. Such a versatile dish and with all those toppings you can customise it to your taste. I personally love the garnishes: Boiled egg, cilantro, spring onion, fried onions and garlic, lemon juice, peanuts and sauces. What’s not to love! It is a perfect meal in a bowl. Although prep takes some time. It is a family favourite indeed!
