It seems that owning multiple instruments is NOT the ONLY requirement to trigger the hidden gossip.

Atara also mentioned that I can cook delicious dishes so maybe we also need high level in cooking

I triggered the gossip when I have level 10 in cooking and 6 instruments

I am sorry for causing confusion and I have taken down the video 😓
