I declare:
What works for everyone will work for everyone

Therefore

What heals thy self will inevitably heal others that are willing to
receive healing

What is time tested in results and efficiency (like yoga/tantra) will always yield results and efficiency when tested through practice over time

You just have to do it

This type of integral being doesn't even need to be 'spiritual' anymore yet is infinitely spiritual in all things

It's a living reality, that all we have to do is live it

I guarantee this level of being beats ai and virtual reality mind games, period.

Finished my 72 hour fast today to reclaim a piece of my higher self and willpower over this brilliant temple we call the human body 💪🏼

Getting a little closer to my God Source energy and even looking slimmer afterwards is a plus, made this beautiful smoothie bowl on slide 3/4 to
break the fast 🥣 🫐

I had great energy levels throughout the 3 days with only water, 1 lemon a day to assist detoxification mixed with spirulina, moringa & wheatgrass 🍋
(actually tastes great no sugar needed)

We don't do this to impress anyone but to remind us all of the power of our Faith, Spirit & Soul is far greater than the modern world allows us to see, and when we let go of physical wants/needs for a bit, JAH brings us in a bit closer to our highest self

This also isn't our first fast or cleanse as we've been on a natural health journey for 11 years, but a great way to reset and get right with spring coming in hot 🌞
