Large-scale, ground-up developments; acting as the investor, developer, and general contractor. Over the last two decades, I’ve taken projects from raw land to thriving neighborhoods using creative bank financing strategies that bypass expensive hard money and high-risk funding.

In 2024, I joined my brother as VP to scale operations in his real estate business; driving $14M in fix-and-flip revenues in a single year.
