The only thing missing was access to the X-ray.

In rural India, most primary health centres lack imaging facilities. Patients travel hours to the nearest district hospital just for a basic scan.

Chirag Agrawal, Co-founder of Lenek Technologies, spent more than three years fixing this.

He built a device that fits in a bag, runs on a battery, and gives an AI screening report on the spot. An ASHA worker in a village primary health centre can use it without a radiologist, a radiology room, or electricity.

The hardest part was not the technology. It was getting the system to accept it.
