We did it everyone! 🎉 It's been just under 1 year since we hit 1 mil.

I want to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has supported me ❤️ Whether you're new and just subscribed or have been with me since the old days, the last few years have been life-changing.

When I first started doing learning coaching 14 years ago, no one even knew what that meant. And I can tell you I never thought I'd be doing this for a living one day.

In 2026, what I'm focused on is:

- Delivering even better content. I'm constantly learning about how to make better content, that's engaging in the right way, and communicating the right message at the right level to the right people.

- Helping more people realise that learning is a skill. There are a lot of people who don't realise that many of their problems stem from being inefficient at learning. I want to make "thinking about learning" more popular.

- Short-form. If you're following me on IG (@drjustinsung) you'll see I've been posting unique content that I don't post on YT. There are a lot of people who are only on Instagram and never see my YouTube content. I've been neglecting this audience until now.

- Building a new product for professionals. This has been a long time coming. I've spent the last 7 months focused on deeply understanding the needs of busy professional learners to help them learn faster and be more productive while balancing work and life. We'll be launching this in 2026.

Wow 🎉 ONE MILLION subs…

You know, when I first got my 100k silver play button, I thought, “I’ll never get another one since the next one is at 1 mil.” One mil felt completely unrealistic…

So THANK YOU for watching and sharing and commenting and supporting me 🙏 Whether you’re new or have been with me since the OG days (aka. before I got a perm).
