The session was facilitated by Mr. Arunav Banerjee, who shared valuable insights on the role of Heads of Departments, the essential leadership qualities required for the position, strategies for team development, the importance of listening with empathy, and fostering innovation and creativity within teams.
As part of Swachhata Pakhwada 2026, we distributed jute bags to vendors, pedestrians, and delivery partners of e-commerce platforms near our office premises in Kolkata.
The initiative was aimed at encouraging the use of eco-friendly, biodegradable alternatives to plastic bags and fostering sustainable habits that help reduce environmental impact and contribute to a cleaner, greener future.
