It is done.

The Dagger of Amon Ra video took about two years from research to release, and I doubt I’ll ever make something of this scope ever again. I’m so thankful to everyone who supported me. The viewers who came to the editing streams. The patrons. The YouTube members. The discord folks. Everyone who asked me, “how is the Dagger video going?” Thank you. All of you.

I’ll be working on some bonus content after a short break.

Recently, the adventure game community lost Roberta Vaughan. It's difficult to properly explain just how much influence Roberta had. Organizing events, making people feel welcome, and working behind the scenes in ways that I wasn't even aware of.

To honor her memory, I will be doing a memorial livestream on August 2 at 12 PM PST / 3 PM EST where we will be playing one of Roberta's favorite games, Laura Bow: The Dagger of Amon Ra. I'll be joined by ‪@spacequesthistorian‬​ and Anna Vigue from the Classic Gamer's Guild podcast.

A lot of the background music in my videos come from the Space Quest Historian and his friends on the SQH Discord, who release their music under the banner Two Guys Records. They like to put their stuff out on vinyl, and they've done a series of albums that remix the King's Quest soundtracks in a relaxed chill-out style called King's Chill. Magic Map Studio remastered and re-orchestrated the soundtrack to King's Quest VI, and they're trying to get it released on double vinyl.
