DJ Switch, hailing from a b-boy background with international renowned crew STATIC B-Boys, gave him exposure to see the world at large, leading to his interestin becoming a DJ.
He has shared the stage as a DJ with SA legends like READY D, DJ Fresh and Sbu to name a few as well as featuring as a DJ for award winning hiphop outfit Jozi, Switch is also an event promoter, TV and radio presenter, MC, entrepreneur, the list goes on.
DjSwitch co-produced his First Award winning Mixtape Album called #theSwitch which took honor in winning the award for “Best Mixtape of the YEAR” at the Annual South African Awards in 2014. Since then he has dubbed himself "The Mixtape King" being the only hip hop dj with 7 mixtapes in South Africa.
