I created this channel to support gentle healing through yoga that meets you exactly where you are. Most of my classes are beginner-friendly and easy to follow, whether you are at home, at work, traveling, or short on time.

I'm Mary, a certified 500-hour yoga instructor trained in Los Angeles. Drawing on my German and American background, I strive to create an inclusive space for all body types, all levels, and all schedules. My goal is to help you nurture both mind and body, no matter where life takes you.
