I guess these days if it’s not posted for everybody to see, people assume it never happened. But I was raised different. I was taught that when you genuinely do something for someone from the heart, you don’t run and broadcast it to the world. That’s between you, God, and that person. It’s not for clout or applause.
But it feels like no matter what I do, it’s a problem. If I stay quiet, people question me. If I speak up, people call it bragging. Either way, I’m judged. And honestly, I’m tired of feeling like I have to prove myself to people who don’t even know me or understand the favor God has on my life.
I know what I’ve done. God knows what I’ve done. And that’s enough.

Around this time of year I always get emotional. 3 years ago today I lost my Daddy my twin, 1 day before I got the keys to my place coming straight out of homelessness. My Daddy was rooting for me. He knew everything I was experiencing and he continued to lift me up in church every Sunday, whether I made it there or not. Unfortunately, he passed away the day before I got my keys so we were never able to celebrate that win together. However, 3 years later I’m still in my place, bills paid, and I’m at peace. One thing for sure, two things for certain only the Lord and my guardian angel have kept me❤️🙏🏾🪽R.I.P. Daddy, IL&MYSM😘 Continue watching over me 🫶🏾
