Hii my loves!! I am writing this post with a very heavy and jumbled mind. I hope you understand and don't hate me for it. I love you guys a lot, and I always will
Lately, I haven't been myself. I don't know how to explain it, but everything feels like a task... even basic things like eating, talking, and just existing.
I really don't understand myself. You know, I was looking forward to coming here after my exams. I really wanted to, and I tried to too, but it just felt like too much.
It hurts me to even think that the things that used to bring me so much joy now feel like tasks that just exhaust me. I have cried over this uncountable times, and I keep trying to understand why and how this happened.
Watching my five still gives me just as much comfort, if not more, but now even that feels overwhelming sometimes. I feel so guilty for not doing what I used to love doing, for stepping away from something that healed me, something that was the only thing I truly loved from the bottom of my heart... to the point where I was even here during my exams at times.
Life just feels like too much at this point. It feels like I've hidden myself inside a box, and now I can't get out anymore. It feels like everything has changed, but really, nothing has.
I'm still the same girl I was back then, making stupid decisions and doing dumb things, but now everything exhausts me. Now I'm filled with a negativity that I never used to have.
Being on social media, talking to anyone, even the people I love the most, feels like too much. I feel like I'm disappointing them, or that I'm a bad person for not talking to them often, which only makes me avoid them even more.
And somehow, my mind feels too calm when it's really not. There are infinite thoughts running through my head, and I can't sort through any of them.
I had big dreams. Maybe I still do. But I don't work as hard anymore, and I just don't understand what happened to me.
Where did everything go wrong?
Even now, there is so much more but I just don't understand myself as well as these thoughts
