The idea behind this film is to tell a story based on actual historical events that took place on British railways during the Battle of Britain. The film is set in the fictional North Western Railway located on the Isle of Sodor created by the Rev W. Awdry, and stars the main fleet of NWR locomotives and other well known characters. The story will follow the lore of the Railway series, not the TVS and will star the only the original cast of characters

Plot Summary: in 1939 war was declared on Germany, to get ready for war the railways of Great Britain had to work overtime to support the British war machine. On the Sudrain Isle, the engines of the North Western Railway must to rely on team work and unity to get through this difficult time in England's history as the railways are pushed harder then ever before to turn the tide of war.
