Meanwhile in Broomtown focuses on propagating plants and saving heritage varieties that have been passed down through my family for generations. It started as a phrase I used sharing things with family on social media about our farm. It occurred to me that I could use YouTube to share Broomtown with everyone. Broomtown is an "ultra" small community in northeast Alabama. (Google says 183 people live here; I'm sure that's accurate, but I've not met them all.) Tune in to hear and see things I learned as a child visiting my grandparents. (and maybe some funny stories about what life was like as a grandchild at the foot of the Appalachian mountains).
