Happy Thursday everyone! I usually upload a new video every Wednesday and Sunday, however due to to what’s happening in the world right now I decided to suspend the content for this week on the platform.

With Youtube being the second search engine worldwide after google I think it’s important to allow the algorithm to be able to push as much content as possible that is informative, educational and relevant to the #blacklivesmatter protest.
Any content that can educate people against racism should be the priority in general but particularly this week due to what’s happening in the world

I will take this as an opportunity to learn and educate myself even more about this matter and I would advise anyone to do the same.

Listen, I see you, trying your best.

Trying to juggle it all while crippled by random bouts of anxiety.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Having the best of intentions but feeling exhausted by 1pm because you’re just desperate for anything other than your own 4 walls.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Beating yourself up at the end of the day because you didn’t complete everything you set out to, even though you have “nothing else to do”.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Wanting to “look cute” but you can’t bear to wear anything other than sweatpants right now.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Feeling guilty for even feeling this way because you’re healthy and you have your needs met.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I just want to remind you that there is no rulebook about how you should be feeling right now.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You’re going to get through this, and whether you end up with a new skill, language or you simply managed to survive… it’s all as it’s meant to be.

Know that your worth is not determined by your daily productivity or the outfit you chose to wear today.

Know that you’re not being judged about whether you’re thriving during a global pandemic or not.

I always want to show up daily to be your biggest cheerleader on Youtube but sometimes that just means acknowledging that right now is a hard time and reminding you that you got this.

As part of the #mentalhealthweek I decided to take a break from YouTube and come back stronger and better next week to serve you in the best possible way
