I’m Meenakshi and I want to share a bit of my fitness journey 🌸

After my first baby (C-section), my weight went from 57 kg to 82 kg. For 3 years I stayed like that, busy with motherhood. Then I decided to focus on myself—through consistency, I dropped from 82 kg to 64 kg in just 6 months. 💪✨

After my second baby (C-section), I reached 78 kg. Just 6 months after delivery, I started again—and in only 4 months, I came back to 64 kg with proper diet & workouts 💪

Now, I continue to tone up, stay strong & healthy 🌟 Through MiniFit Moves, I share the workouts that helped me, hoping to inspire moms (and anyone) on their journey too.
