YOGA According to Ananda Marga philosophy , there are three primary definitions of yoga:

Unit and Supreme Fusion: The ultimate goal and true essence of yoga is Saḿyogo yogo ityukto jiivátmá Paramátmánah—the fusing of the limited individual soul (unit consciousness) with the limitless Supreme Consciousness. [1]

Suspension of Psychic Propensities: It is defined as the control and suspension of mental fluctuations (Yogashcitta vrttinirodha). However, Ananda Marga emphasizes that mere mechanical suppression of the mind is temporary and insufficient; it must be coupled with devotion and meditation to achieve true spiritual awakening. [1]

Stoppage of Thought via Surrender: It is the liberation of the mind from worldly attachments (Sarvácintáparityágo niscinta yoga ucyate). This is achieved when a spiritual aspirant establishes a relationship of deep love with the Supreme. [1]

১. একজন গবেষক নয়াদিল্লির জেএনইউ (JNU)-এর অধ্যাপক রাম নাথ ঝা-এর তত্ত্বাবধানে 'মাইক্রোভিটা' বিষয়ে গবেষণা করছেন।
২. দুজন গবেষক পাটলিপুত্র বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের অধ্যাপক এ.কে. ভাস্কর-এর তত্ত্বাবধানে 'মাইক্রোভাইটা' বিষয়ে গবেষণা করছেন।
৩. একজন গবেষক মুম্বাই বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের স্কুল অফ ইকোনমিক্স-এর অধ্যাপক ডলি সানি-এর তত্ত্বাবধানে 'প্রাউট' বিষয়ে গবেষণা করছেন।
৪. দুজন গবেষক ত্রিপুরা কেন্দ্রীয় বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় থেকে ড. সিন্ধু পৌড্যাল-এর তত্ত্বাবধানে 'নিওহিউম্যানিজম' (নবমানবতাবাদ) বিষয়ে তাঁদের গবেষণা কার্য ইতিমধ্যেই সম্পন্ন করেছেন।
৫. আরও একজন গবেষক পুরুলিয়ার সিধো কানহো বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় থেকে ড. সুদীপ্ত চক্রবর্তী-এর তত্ত্বাবধানে সাহিত্য (প্রভাত সঙ্গীত) বিষয়ে তাঁর গবেষণাপত্র (থিসিস) ইতিমধ্যেই সম্পন্ন করেছেন।

*শ্রী শ্রী আনন্দমূর্তিজী-এর দর্শনসমূহ শিক্ষাজগতে ক্রমশ গ্রহণযোগ্যতা ও স্বীকৃতি লাভ করছে; অদূর ভবিষ্যতে অন্যান্য বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় থেকেও এ বিষয়ে আরও বহু পাঠ্যক্রম ও গবেষণা কার্যক্রম শুরু হবে বলে আশা করা যায়।*
