Welcome to Biohacking Naturopath.
“Australia’s performance-focused naturopath”
I’m Sarah Farrugia, a qualified naturopath helping active people, athletes, and high performers optimise their energy, recovery, hormones, metabolism, and long-term health through evidence-based naturopathic medicine.
This channel is for people who train hard, work hard, and want real answers, not generic wellness advice.
Here you’ll learn about:
• Functional testing and bloodwork
• Genetics and personalised health strategies
• Recovery, performance, and longevity
• Sleep, stress, hormones, and gut health
• Nutrition, supplementation, and biohacking tools
My approach combines functional testing, modern naturopathy, and performance-focused health strategies to help you understand what’s actually driving symptoms and performance plateaus.

Biohacking Naturopath
In consults I often see active individuals who are doing many of the right things. They train consistently, eat well, prioritise their health, and invest in recovery. Despite this they often report symptoms such as feeling constantly "wired but tired", struggling to switch off at night, overthinking, heightened stress sensitivity, or feeling mentally exhausted after sustained periods of pressure.
