Emotions are energy in motion.

Creation doesn’t start with action — it starts with vibration.
Everything you create in your life comes from the frequency you’re living in.
Some people feel stagnant and stuck, cycling through the same goals and outcomes, wondering why nothing changes—even while others cheer them on to “win,” “grind,” or “be successful.”
But the truth is this:
unhealed trauma and ancestral energy stored in the body is a vibration.
Survival mode.
Poverty consciousness.
Shame.
Guilt.
Feeling unworthy.
All of these create from the same frequency.
People love to say “the past is the past,”
but unhealed experiences don’t disappear—
they circulate in the body.
To move forward, you must deal so you can heal.
Healing requires awareness.
Studying yourself.
Being intentional about releasing what no longer serves you.
When you release the old vibration, you make space for a new one:

I remember when a guy asked me when I wasn’t in a relationship why am I buying myself flowers? He said “a woman shouldn’t buy herself flowers, she should let her man buy her some.” As I agree & allow my man to buy me flowers; I always trust and listen to the promptings when to still get myself some flowers. And during my Target run these beauties spoke to me LOUD & CLEAR. I had to LOVE ME FIRST, before I ever attracted him for the healthy relationship I have always desired. Keep loving you ladies in every season of your life.💜🌷🌸🌹

Imagine believing the third eye is demonic because religion told you this and you believed it? Only to find out later, it is referring to your MIND, the most powerful asset we have been gifted that creates the reality of our life?

Transparency Thursday❤️
This week in business has been frustrating & an EYE opener. I know in EVERY business you have the GOOD & The BAD..This week I have had MANY encounters where I went into clients homes regarding Life Insurance & Medicare and agents had enrolled them into something by ONLY focusing on a check, than doing what was right by the client and it was evident this was their focus. By far am I NOT perfect, however, ONE THING for SURE...SINCE being in this business I have always DONE what's right by the client. My cousin had to remind me that Karma will handle them, because those agents will surely REAP what they SOWED. I understand the BIGGER PICTURE in business in doing what I do daily & the focus is to help the client and do what's BEST for them OVERALL. I don't chase money, money chases ME because I operate my business by the 3(P) Strategy...
I encourage you to strategize your business with these 3 Ps & WATCH & SEE how your business will SHIFT & ELEVATE...
1. Know, Focus, & put the PURPOSE FIRST..
2. Be PASSIONATE about helping others in the service you offer.
3. When you follow the first 2 P's, PROFITS will flow in ABUNDANCE..
