Morning all. Happy late May bank holiday!

I have recently finished a long series that I have been working on for the past 2 months.

In 2014, I made a new Pokemon Nuzlocke challenge that gave weaker Pokemon the spotlight for a run in the remakes. Called the Infirmus Challenge.

Fainting = death
Starter must be released when your first Pokemon has been caught
Naming is mandatory
And I can only use Pokemon with a base stat total of 400 or less

Well... it is now back and it is now even harder. I am adding full Nuzlocke rules in as well so I can only catch the first Pokemon I can find on each route.

And this will be done... in Johto with Pokemon SoulSilver.

The promo is now out for this 2027 release. But for just £1 a month, as a channel member, you can see the whole Let's Play in its entirety.

Well... Nobs.

Yeah. That's the sound of me getting another year older. Makes me totally sick. Doesn't it? That card when I was 11 was right!!

It's been a very so-so day. No recording. Nothing. Just resting and enjoying my time. I've had time to pop for a nice beer or... 6? Maybe 7.

Anyway. My favourite pokemon video should be out by now. I do not apologise for any of my choices. They're my choices after all. Have your own.

I would like to say thank you once again to you all. For watching, subscribing, membering? I think that's a word... regardless. For giving this long running "boomer" channel a chance... even though I was born in 1993... so that makes me Gen X and a millennial... anyways. Thank you to you all. I do not hope that being 33 is as good as being 32. I'm hoping it's better... way better. A new year. Same messed up me. We'll get there.

Morning all!

Well that's a wrap! The fundraiser for my 24-Hour stream with all proceeds going towards The British Skin Foundation is now closed. It was a tireless 24 hours, and 3 months of plugging my arse off but we made it.

Out final total raised for The British Skin Foundation was £258.73. However, this total will be matched, so our final grand total for this stream adds up to £517.46!

I would just like to say a quick thank you to everyone who donated, shared the page, watched and commented during the stream with all of your support. With your help, we have been able to raise over £500 for The British Skin Foundation.

So... where do we go from here? Well with how successful the stream was, I am very much considering making this an annual stream. But next time, if there is one, I will be much better prepared for it.

Evening all!

I've finally found a workaround, the 1st half of the VOD for my 24-Hour Charity Stream for The British Skin Foundation that was streamed last week will be going live within the hour.

Unfortunately, YouTube has a hard limit of 12 hours in video length for uploading these days so as much as I wanted to upload the whole VOD as 1 video, YouTube simply wouldn't allow it. So I have had to split the stream into two.

I am working on getting the 2nd half done as it includes the last 8 hours of the 20 hour block, and the last 4 hours so it needs a bit more work, but fingers crossed, it should be live sometime tomorrow.

24 HOUR STREAM COMPLETE

Morning all!

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone who came by the stream, chatted, and supported along the way.

We made it through the full 24 hours… and together we raised £204 for the British Skin Foundation

That genuinely means a lot, and I couldn’t have done it without you all keeping me going throughout the marathon.

It definitely wasn’t without its moments, from YouTube cutting the initial stream off after 20 hours, to pushing through the exhausting graveyard shift, to discovering some great new games like Slay the Spire 2 and Trials of Valor.

And of course, after reaching our goal of £200, finishing it all off with one final hour of Onside. An hour full of walk-in goals and never-ending celebrations. The worst football game ever made personally!!

I’m currently working on getting the full VOD up by combining all the individual stream videos into one, but I won’t lie, it’s proving a bit difficult getting a full 24-hour video in an editor, let alone ready to upload. I’ll keep you all updated once I’ve got something sorted. Hopefully I can get something sorted.

So, due to the success of the stream and how much we have raised, I am considering doing another one at some point. Due to how taxing streaming for 24 hours is, it certainly won't be a regular thing. Maybe annually, but I will need to have a good think about when and if to do another charity stream like this.

For now, I think a few days of rest is warranted. I'm feeling better after a long night's sleep, but still reeling from the stream.

Afternoon all!

Well... today is the day. In a few hours, I will begin my 24 hour charity livestream for The British Skin Foundation. Just having a bit of Dutch courage beforehand as... for some reason... I am feeling very anxious about the stream. Then again, I have felt anxious in general all this week. What a rough week to do this. But we're locked in. No turning back now!

The stream will begin with the pre stream at 18:40 BST with the stream beginning at 19:00 BST.

Thanks to some generous donations, we have now raised £119 for the stream before it's even begun. So I have upped the goal from £150 to £200.

I might as well say this now. IF we hit £200 before the stream ends at 19:00 BST tomorrow. As a treat... or punishment for me. I will play 1 hour of Onside for the PS1... Just a crap game in general, when the timer reaches 0. An extra hour will be added to play a crap game. Oh the hilarity that might happen from a sleep deprived me... and Onside.

Afternoon all! And Happy Easter Monday!

A quick update on the 24-Hour Charity Livestream in support of the British Skin Foundation, plus a little preview of the new stream overlay… definitely a big upgrade from the old ones, right?

We’re now just 10 days away from the big day.

I’ve been getting some practice in over the weekend with two long recording and editing sessions (about 17 hours total). Not only does that mean more content ready to go in the backlog, but it’s also helped me get back into the rhythm of creating for extended periods, all part of preparing for the full 24-hour stream.

I’ve also sorted multistreaming via Streamlabs (and paid for the month), so it’s official. The stream will be live on both this channel and Twitch.

Morning all!

Well… another few weeks down. Just 1 month to go until my 24-hour gaming stream for the British Skin Foundation!

I’ve updated the schedule for April 16th with a few different games. It’s still technically subject to change, but this is probably very close to the final version now.
