The Art of Creative Practice

This channel explores creativity as a form of psychological and spiritual development. Writing, art, music, design, teaching, acting and other creative disciplines can function as laboratories of the self where insight, meaning, and personal integration gradually emerge.
On this channel I help successful professionals reclaim their creative lives and develop a deeper sense of meaning through intellectual inquiry, psychological insight, and disciplined creative practice.
I am a professor and psychosynthesis coach. My academic work has long explored the relationship between imagination, culture, and the inner life. Alongside my university work, I guide high achievers and intellectually curious people into deeper creative practice as a path of personal and spiritual development.

The Art of Creative Practice

A bit of a rebrand is coming to the channel this summer, and I’m genuinely excited to share what I’ve been working on behind the scenes. The new direction will bring longer-form workshops, weekly live classes, and deeper dives into the themes many of you have been asking for.

As I plan out the content schedule for the months ahead, I’d love to hear from you:
What kinds of topics, practices, or conversations would you most like to see featured?
Whether it’s productivity, spirituality, meditation, or something more personal or philosophical—drop your suggestions in the comments!

This next chapter is about creating a more interactive, grounded, and thoughtful space—so thank you for being part of it.
