and is now 82 years of age!

2) Ruchell Magee was imprisoned at the age of 16 in Louisiana for being romantically involved with a Caucasian girl around the same age as him at that Time which unfortunately was around the same time and era that Emmett till was BRUTALLY murdered for whistling at a Caucasian woman .
There is STRONG likelihood that his first initial incarceration was unlawful and unfounded in addition to the extreme prejudice , racial inequality and violence that the South was/is historically known for, Especially during that time
