This channel is for people healing from narcissistic, emotional, psychological abuse , generational trauma , adoption trauma & caregiver burnout.
I take a survivor-centered, nervous-system-informed approach to healing.
I don’t pathologize normal responses to prolonged relational harm or rush survivors into forgiveness, reconciliation or silence for other people’s comfort.
Here we talk about:
• why anger after abuse is adaptive, not a failure
• boundaries without guilt or moral pressure
• why insight doesn’t equal accountability
• how hope tied to another person’s change delays safety
• rebuilding self-trust after manipulation and gaslighting
. how generational trauma affects every relationship & how to break it
. Adoption trauma & identity
. • Child loss and suicide grief
If this content helps you and you feel called to support, my PayPalme link is below.
If my perspective challenges what you’ve been taught, I’ve also outlined my full framework.

A gentle reminder:
Every time you keep a promise to yourself, you send your nervous system a message:
“I won’t abandon you.”
Self-trust isn’t built in one big moment.
It’s built in the small moments when you show up for yourself, especially when it’s hard.

🎬 Documentary Recommendation
Several people have asked me for resources on narcissistic abuse, and this is one I recently came across: The Narcissist's Playbook.
The documentary explores narcissistic abuse through survivor stories, expert insights, manipulation tactics, gaslighting, trauma bonds, and the long road back to trusting yourself again.
Whether you're just beginning to understand what happened to you or you're further along in your healing journey, you may find parts of this documentary validating and eye-opening.
It looks like it’s being released in July. Early access options are available.
💜 Remember: understanding the playbook is how you stop playing the game.

🎬 Movie Recommendation from Sunday's Live: DROP DEAD FRED (tap the image to expand it)
I mentioned this movie during Sunday's live and wanted to share it here for anyone who missed it.
On the surface, Drop Dead Fred is a quirky comedy about a woman whose chaotic imaginary childhood friend suddenly reappears in adulthood. But watching it as an adult hits very differently than it did as a kid.
Beneath the humor, the movie touches on themes many of us talk about here:
✨ Childhood wounds
✨ Feeling controlled or criticized
✨ Losing your voice to survive
✨ Reconnecting with your authentic self
✨ Learning to trust yourself again
If you've ever felt unseen, dismissed, or like you had to become someone else to keep the peace, you may find yourself relating to parts of this story.
It's not a healing course or a psychology lesson—just a movie that unexpectedly opens the door to some deeper conversations.
If you've seen it, let me know what you thought. If you watch it after seeing this post, come back and tell me what stood out to you. 💜

Okay you guys, here’s the images I promised that I was unable to show on today’s live “Unhacking Your GPS”. Just tap the pic to make it full screen.
Remember to keep your promise to yourself and please share on the next live or here in the community. It is a vital step in healing and learning to trust yourself by keeping promises to yourself and keeping out narcissists and toxic people. ❤️🩹🕊️🫶

One of the hardest things to rebuild after narcissistic abuse isn’t confidence.
It’s trust.
Trust in your own thoughts.
Trust in your own feelings.
Trust in your own judgment.
When you’ve spent years being told you’re too sensitive, overreacting, remembering it wrong, or imagining things, you start looking to other people to tell you what’s real.
Healing is learning to come back home to yourself.
Because whether anyone believes in you or not…
You still have to learn to believe in yourself.
💜 Healing begins when you stop asking everyone else who you are and start listening to yourself again.

🧭 LIVE SUNDAY | 12:00 PM Pacific
Leaving the narcissist isn’t always the hardest part.
Sometimes the hardest part is learning to trust yourself again after years of gaslighting, manipulation, and self-doubt.
We’ll be talking about:
💜 Learning to trust your own judgment again
💜 Letting go of what no longer serves you
💜 Why gaslighting feels like your internal GPS was hacked
💜 Rebuilding confidence in yourself and your decisions
💜 Healing after narcissistic abuse
This is an open discussion, not a lecture. Feel free to listen, share, ask questions, or simply be around people who understand.
As soon as I have the guest link available for anyone who would like to come on and speak, I’ll post it here in the comments.
I don’t have all the answers, but I’ll share what I’ve learned, what’s helped me, and what I’m still learning along the way.
Hope to see you Sunday. 💜

Sometimes healing starts with getting honest about where the pain actually lives.
Many of us have experienced all of these at one point or another. But if you had to choose just one—the one that has impacted you the most—which would it be?
There’s no right or wrong answer.
Sometimes the simple act of identifying what hurts the most can tell us where healing still needs our attention. ❤️🩹🕊️

If this resonates… yesterday’s long-form video goes deeper. 💜
Have you ever felt like you had a roof over your head… but never really felt safe, seen, chosen, or at home anywhere?
Like no matter where you go, something still feels missing?
I opened up about this in yesterday’s video, and it was one of the harder ones to make.
Head to my Video tab and watch:
“59 Years of Feeling Homeless”
If it resonates, let me know in the comments. I read more than you know. 🫶

Okay… I followed through 🥹
A couple of you actually asked for this shirt during the lives, so I finally made the “Narcissists Suck” merch 😂 .
This community has been built around healing, grief, toxic relationships, learning to choose ourselves, and saying the things people don’t always talk about.
So the shirt is officially here.
And yes 😅 I also added a mug, hat, button, and a few other things too for options.
Honestly, putting myself out there like this makes me a little nervous, but I said I was gonna follow through.
Tell me what you think 👀

Have you ever felt invisible… unseen, unheard, forgotten, emotionally homeless, or like nobody truly sees the pain you carry?
In this Sunday live, we’re talking about why feeling invisible hurts so deeply — especially after narcissistic abuse, childhood trauma, abandonment, grief, toxic relationships, or a lifetime of not feeling safe or seen.
💜 We’ll also be talking about:
✔️ Why trauma bonds are so hard to break
✔️ The first steps to breaking the trauma bond
✔️ Why loneliness and invisibility can keep us stuck
✔️ Healing, grief, abandonment, and finding yourself again
You’ll also have the opportunity to come on live and speak if you want to.
You do NOT have to show your face if you’re not comfortable. You can stay off camera and just talk. No pressure — just support.
👇 Want to join the conversation live? The link is right below at the bottom.👇
Sunday • 12 PM PT
If you’ve been silently struggling, feeling unseen, or trying to break the trauma bond… this space is for you.
💜 You don’t have to go through healing completely alone.
