Tom will vote to freeze taxes and assessment increases. He has no further political ambitions. Tom is the former Chair of the Cape Coral Budget Review Committee and has been THE watchdog of Cape Coral budget & spending for seven years. He fought against the stipend from day one and is a 30-year member of Knights of Columbus. ​

Tom retired after 37 years as a Boeing defense manager with oversight of $1.5 billion and a global team of 500. He holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Saint Louis University and a Bachelor’s of Business Administration and Management, Finance from Southeast Missouri State University.
