Presenting those people with dignified solutions the way Chef Moe is doing is an easy way to build an audience that you can monetize without even charging them any money.

Teaching people how to eat well on a budget is the big opportunity that exists right now in the food space.

The folks who embrace this opportunity will quickly find an audience.

As Chef Moe is demonstrating, teaching budget recipes doesn't mean hot dogs and pork & beans.

You can create all your favorite fancy dishes, but challenge yourself to do it on a budget and incorporate pricing into what you're doing.

Use your phone to take your viewers to the grocery store or to the farmers market with you and teach them how to shop.

If you love to cook, then opening a restaurant is the worst thing you cold ever do because you're going to spend way more time staring at spreadsheets trying to make the numbers work than you'll ever spend cooking.

And when you're not start at spreadsheets, you're going to be managing people problems because you can't run a restaurant by yourself and as soon as you hire people, you'r enow in the business of managing people problems.

If you love to cook and you want to start a business, you're much better off starting a cooking show on YouTube because that's a real business that will pay you more than any restaurant and it comes with none of the headaches of owning a restaurant.
