Welcome to my channel! My name is Ali Mehreganfar, and I'm on a mission to inspire and empower others to never give up on their dreams, no matter what challenges they may face. On December 19, 2020, I was involved in a motorcycle accident that changed my life forever. I suffered three strokes back to back and was in a coma for two weeks. It was a life-changing experience that taught me the true meaning of resilience and determination. But I refused to let this setback define me. Instead, I am using it as a catalyst to become the best version of myself and inspire others to do the same. Through my videos, I hope to share my journey of recovery, spread positivity, and encourage you to pursue your passions with unwavering determination. Remember, no matter what obstacles come your way, you have the strength within you to overcome them. Let's do this together!

I wanted to share my results after completing the Vivistim program.

My Fugl-Meyer score improved from 46 to 54. While I’m proud of the progress, I want to be clear about something: Vivistim is not magic.

I am incredibly grateful for the surgery, the therapists, and everyone involved in my recovery. But none of this would have happened without the hours of repetition, effort, and intense training that came with it.

Vivistim is a tool. It can help create opportunities for recovery, but you still have to show up and put in the work every single day. Recovery does not happen by accident. It happens through consistency, patience, and believing in yourself even when progress feels slow.

If you’re considering Vivistim, my advice is simple: commit to the process. Trust the therapy. Trust the repetitions. Trust your ability to improve.

I can’t promise specific results for everyone, but I truly believe that when you combine the right tools with hard work and determination, amazing things can happen.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of my journey. This is only the beginning. 💪🧠❤️
