We are moving through a powerful energetic window โ from the recent New Moon on the 17th April, into a series of planetary shifts that are amplifying themes around communication, consciousness, and collective change.
Over the past few days, Iโve been moving through a very physical and energetic experienceโฆ A really sore throat.
For me, this wasnโt just something random โ it brought a clear awareness around expression, visibility, and fully putting myself out there.
And through conscious awareness, rest, and listening to my bodyโฆ Iโve been able to feel what this was asking me to release.

โจ Questioning my voice
โจ Softening my truth
As this clears, so does something deeper.
And this feels very aligned with the wider shifts taking place right now.
This isnโt about fear.
This is about becoming more of who we truly are.
There has been a period of adjusting, of integrating, of learning to feel safe in this new way of being.
And now, I feel Iโm being guided to slowly begin sharing this more openly โ
Allowing those who may not have seen this side of me yet to connect with itโฆ
But in a way that feels grounded, supported, and in the right timing for me.

๐And acknowledging that this version of meโฆ IS REAL.
