'Just left a company after 8 years. Industry is becoming very complicated. And wages are not keeping up with cost of living. So what’s the option. Leave the industry for something less stressful. Not many experienced technicians are left. Customer will face more headaches or appliances will not get repaired properly. Possible customers having to just replace the unit. Even not that old."
