I recently received an email & I was asked: “Why do I not use my platform to talk about other things?” I replied: “My platform was created & designed to release content that is relevant to & relate to others who is seeking information about chronic back pain management” My channel is a safe zone where regular people can gather and interact and share our stories together. Guys, am I wrong for choosing to stick with sharing meat and potatoes? 🤷🏽♂️

Three days later 😐 -1.6lbs where is my weight going 😫 I do NOT get it.. I’m healthy as they come, I’m doing everything consistently & my therapy is running on low 🤦🏽♂️ got tips to gain weight?? I’m all ears

I was 230lbs in 2020, then I suddenly started losing weight. After changing meds and being put on a high calorie diet, I’m beginning to gain weight 🥳 2wks ago I was 178.4lbs 😳 today I weigh 189. My demanded target weight is 200lbs by March 2025 per my PCP.. I only 11 more lbs to go I pray that I keep gaining 🤞🏽 my coverage change is awesome and I feel so much better than I did 2wks ago. No more implant site pain, no stretching feeling at my generator ❤️🩹

Friends and Family I'm officially on the road to finding out how to rectify my Slippage issue. 1st a CT SCAN, then an XRay with contrast and possibly a milogram 🤦🏽♂️ ONLY IF we had medical coverage like Canada 🤔
