🎄Merry Christmas friends!! We produced this video last year and it was quite the adventure. Day 1 of filming turned into blizzard conditions and we had to reschedule. Day 2 was cloudless and so cold our $500 tripod legs literally just made a loud pop and the metal cracked and the tripod head simply fell off. Yes, we figured it was worth a re-share.😉
Happy Thanksgiving from Aaron & Lexi Travels!! Today, we are beyond thankful for those of you who have supported and encouraged us in this ministry over the past year. If someone had told us two years ago that God would lead us into our own full-time media ministry, we would have likely laughed in their face.
Over the past year, we have grown from 300 subscribers on YouTube to over 3,000, with almost half a million views and twenty thousand hours of our videos watched. None of this would be possible without those of you who continue to faithfully watch and share our videos.
We entered this ministry with one big goal: to raise awareness of the incredible Christ-centered work happening around the world through faithful missionaries, regardless of their financial circumstances. We look forward to seeing how God continues to guide and open doors we never knew were possible.
It’s happening again!! We are blessed to be boarding a plane once again. This time, we are heading to the country of Uganda. Our work will be with the Ishaka Adventist Hospital, bringing awareness to the blessings of the hospital, along with the needs. We hope you can follow along on this journey.
Lastly, tomorrow (July 24), we will be releasing the first episode in our two-part series from the country of Belize. We hope you can take some time out of your day and watch the episode.
Hi everyone! We just returned from a trip to Belize a few days ago. We have lots of exciting videos coming soon, but in the meantime, if you missed last week’s video, check it out. It’s a video we created for a local TV station, featuring a spiritual lesson about a rock that has traveled all over the world.
This photo speaks volumes to me. This man and I come from completely different worlds. His life is so far removed from modern civilization that he has likely never seen a car or even a motorcycle. His family’s history is marked by tribal warfare and even cannibalism that is still remembered by his grandparents. Yet, despite the vast differences in our realities, we connected, first on a human level and even more deeply as fellow Christians. If that isn’t proof of God’s existence, I don’t know what is. -Aaron
Our next episode from Indonesia is premiering tomorrow, January 23, at 5 PM PST! We’re so grateful for everyone who has supported us on this new journey, and we can’t wait to share this episode with you. Each video we create is crafted with care and dedication to tell a powerful story we’re proud to share. Thank you for being part of this adventure with us!
It may not look like much but we feel this is a huge milestone for our YouTube channel. Thank you all for the support and encouragement in this new venture. The continuation episode will be released Thursday at 5PM GMT-8 (Pacific Time). We are looking forward to sharing!!
