I walked into this class thinking yoga is about flexibility…
I walked out realizing it’s about intelligence in the body.
Understanding joints, muscle engagement, nervous system responses —
suddenly every asana had a purpose.
It wasn’t about going deeper into the pose anymore…
it was about going deeper into awareness.
Grateful to my teachers for showing me that
alignment is not how it looks — it’s how it supports you 🙏
