Hey, I’m Ritchie Jones an ex-Manchester United footballer who played 5 first-team games alongside the likes of Ronaldo and Rooney, i have captained the youth and reserve teams, made 245 professional appearances across the UK and Canada. I’ve experienced every level of the game—from the Premier League to the Conference—and proudly represented England youth teams. Injury forced me to retire at the age of just 29 and I've been on a crazy journey ever since!

Off the pitch, I’ve coached over 10,000 personal training sessions. These days, I’m all about adventure and storytelling.

What i have come to realise is that life is all about balance.
