I have been a chronic illness patient for 2 decades and this channel is all about my experiences, tips & hacks to live better Day to day ... That I have learnt with time.

Well having pets especially dogs is said to be very beneficial for your health and when it comes to lupus it's even more beneficial!
Yes, having pets is like a blessing in disguise and as a dog mom I can vouch for it!

There are plenty of health benefits pets bring to a patient's life but it even brings a lot of emotional support and security!

As summer is round the corner... These are important do's and don'ts that every lupus patient should follow and keep in mind!

Lupus brings along photosensitivity that can lead to flare up and that's why it's important to follow the do's and don'ts given in the image!

I created these points based on my lupus symptoms and the precautions I take ...
