I've said it over and over that manufactured and modular homes in the Northwest are always priced higher than anywhere else in the US. Here we have the exact same home from the same company, one is priced for a more southern mid east state and the other is priced for Montana. There is a $$60K starting price difference and the one for Montana says it is smaller Sq Ft. Granted it's the exact same as the other one. The other one is also quoting the porch in the Sq footage.
Since it is hard to read, one is $120K starting, the other is $180K starting.

DO NOT BY ANYTHING MADE BY LG, THE APPLIANCE I BOUGHT LASTED LESS THAN 30 DAYS AND NOW THEY SEEM TO REFUSING TO ISSUE MY REFUND CHECK, AND KEEP PUTTING ME ON HOLD WHEN I CALL TO INQUIRE WHERE MY CHECK IS, THEN AFTER 5 MINUTES OF HOLD TIME THE SYSTEM HANGS UP AND I HAVE TO CALL BACK AND GO THRU THE WHOLE AI CALL TREE AGAIN.

This is nuts. May 5th in Montana, and we are still getting snow. Since someone asked last week where I was filming, that still had snow in late April.
