Swamy's School celebrated International Yoga Day with great enthusiasm, promoting physical fitness, mental well-being, and inner harmony among our students.
We were honoured to welcome Mr. P. Dinesh Kumar, Record Holder and Judge for the Khelo India Games, as our Chief Guest. His inspiring words encouraged students to embrace yoga as a way of life and understand its importance in developing discipline, focus, and overall wellness.
The celebrations extended to our Brindaven Kindergarten Campus as well, where our little learners enthusiastically participated in simple yoga poses and breathing exercises. Through fun-filled activities, they learned the importance of healthy habits, mindfulness, and staying active from a young age.

We were warmly welcomed with traditional Panagam, followed by a delicious village-style feast that gave everyone a taste of authentic rural hospitality. The day was filled with traditional games, laughter, bonding, and peaceful moments amidst nature. Despite the scorching heat outside, the calm environment under the trees kept us refreshed and energized throughout the day.
From delightful food to engaging activities, every moment was truly enjoyable. We finally wound up the day with a wonderful dinner, taking back beautiful memories and happy moments together.
