Lead singer Ariana Saraha is most often compared to Celtic singer Loreena McKennitt and alt-world artists Dead Can Dance, she writes, records and performs original and traditional world music with Celtic, Mediterranean & Middle Eastern influences. Fernando Medina joins her on drums and "rhythm-painting."

Sometimes I journal every day (often also with a 4th practice, which is just poetic impressions and love letters to the world and life ~ similar but different to the gratitude writing), and sometimes I’m sporadic (as of late) ~ but this vid reminds me that it’s one of the healthiest things I can do, so I will probably add it back to my daily routine…
