I'm curious. What is your 90-day store sell-through rate?

To work this out, simply divide your orders total by your active listings total and x 100

This is my student Igor's sales results 8 weeks after starting his eBay side hustle from scratch.

Igor wanted to supplement his 9-5 income with a side hustle that could help pay the bills and after 8 short weeks he's just about to hit $5,000 in sales.

What I've enjoyed most about Igor's journey isn't the $4,620...

It's his sell through rate.
He's only got 37 items listed right now
Yet he's already been able to sell 75 items

Igor is proof you don't need to spend months or years figuring out eBay. You just need a proven plan to get you to where you want to be.

Listing consistently on eBay doesn't guarantee success.

I know sellers who listed every day for a year and barely grew their sales.

Because the problem wasn't consistency.

The problem was they never stopped to ask why their items weren't selling.

Once I understood that, my focus changed.

Instead of just trying to hit a listing target, I started analysing every result.

Why did that item sell quickly?

Why did this one sit for months?

Was it the product, the price, the photos, the title, or the category?

Then I'd take that lesson and apply it to the next sourcing trip, the next listing, and the next purchase.

Over time, I stopped guessing and started understanding what buyers actually wanted.

That's when the business started growing.

A lot of sellers think the answer is simply listing more.

It isn't.

The real growth comes from consistently learning from your results.

If you're not actively analysing what's selling, what's not selling, and why... you can spend years repeating the same mistakes without realising it.

Are you reviewing your results after every sale and every dud listing... or are you just rushing to list the next item?
