My name is Emma Jones and I am a UK based maker with a huge passion for English paper piecing, embroidery, patchwork and anything craft related! When I became a mum I put my teaching career on hold and in my spare time I started sharing my sewing online through my Instagram page (I’m @vintagesewingbox on Instagram) and my website www.vintagesewingbox.co.uk I’m really passionate about sharing my love of sewing with other people because I feel the benefits of slow stitching every day. It is calming, relaxing, creative and has a positive impact on my mental health and well-being. My YouTube channel is another way I want to connect with people and share my joy of sewing. I aim to upload every Monday and you can expect a mix of tutorials, sewing hints and tips, projects and inspiration. You can find my patterns on my website and I also write a regular blog too.
