One of the greatest lessons I've learned after working with thousands of clients is that many adults are still reacting to life through the lens of a wounded child.
The subconscious mind is recording information long before we understand what is happening around us.
As children, we don't have words like narcissistic parent, emotionally unavailable parent, anger-holic parent, critical parent, or controlling parent. We simply adapt to survive.
A child doesn't think:"My parent has unresolved trauma." The child thinks:"Something must be wrong with me."
These subconscious conclusions often become the core beliefs that quietly run our adult lives.

For client privacy, I will only share some of the details from a very powerful Past Life Regression Hypnotherapy session I facilitated a few months ago.
One of the most fascinating things I encounter is that some multimillionaires still carry a deep feeling that they never have enough. Despite achieving tremendous financial success, they struggle to enjoy the fruits of their labor and often remain focused on the next deal, the next investment, or the next achievement. When we examine their current life and family upbringing, there is often nothing obvious that would explain these feelings of scarcity.
During this particular session, the client experienced a profound breakthrough.
He recalled a life during the 1940s in which he was involved in a war. In that lifetime, he remembered being ridiculed for how little he was paid while serving. Later, he experienced further humiliation and bullying in social settings, where people looked down on those with low incomes. After the war, he worked as a busboy in a hotel and continued to struggle financially throughout much of his life. He carried feelings of shame, inadequacy, bitterness, and resentment as he watched others seemingly prosper while he worked tirelessly just to survive. He eventually became very ill and passed away feeling defeated and unfulfilled.
As we explored the emotional impact of that lifetime, the client recognized how strongly those experiences were influencing his present-day relationship with money. Even though he had become highly successful in this life, part of him was still operating from the fear, scarcity, and emotional wounds of that previous experience.
The breakthrough came when he was able to acknowledge those old wounds, release the resentment he had been carrying, and realize that his current reality was no longer the same as the one he had endured in that lifetime.
Since that session, he has reported being much more present with his family, feeling greater gratitude for what he has built, and allowing himself to enjoy the fruits of his labor rather than constantly chasing the next deal.
