This is My TRANSPARENT journey to FIGHT OBESITY and live a Happier and HEALTHIER LIFE. As a Former NFL Defensive End, I’ve dedicated my life to working out and taking care of myself to Achieve the Ultimate Success of making it to the NFL.

But over these past 6 years, I’ve seem to have Fallen and lost many battles in this FIGHT. With that said; I’ve Realized that I have become an Addict and my own worst enemy.

Yes I used the term ADDICT, because that’s what my Over Eating for many reasons have resulted to and I have finally had ENOUGH .

I’m very MOTIVATED and DETERMINED to get myself back in the BEST shape ever . It will take a lot of HARD work, but the results will definitely be well worth it. So as I FIGHT this fight and break through , I want this to be an Inspiration to others, no matter how bad off you are, that you CAN and WILL overcome as long as the CONSISTENCY and DETERMINATION is there.

Father GOD willing, this will be a SUCCESS STORY.
